    xbox video not letting me purchase all my stuff is gone


    my xbox video isnt working just says add payment option my bank cards on there with money in my bank tried reentering info still doesnt work and know my movies and season passes that i purchased not rented are gone i streamed them only got the confirmed
    email they just arent there can anyone help

    All purchases with Xbox video have disappeared...

    HI, Ok so i get on to xbox to watch some xbox video tv shows only to find out that all my purchases have disappeared... and i mean ALL...so i wait about a week thinkning that maybe they would just show back up or something... i have purchased seasons of
    stuff movies and its all gone.. i have no problem purchasing new episodes but the seasons of stuff is what worries me, ive tried to clear my seystem cache, try to find them in my download history and its not even there ive tried to refresh my purchase history
    and nothing is there so i'm not sure what to do?... any one have any suggestions? please help

    All of my stuff is gone.

    this happend to me but i lost completly everything my games i downloaded now have to repurchase gamerscore game saves the only things that are still there are my characters customization like on the homepage and my gamertag i dont care about my game save
    or achive ment i just want my dowloaded game back bacause i do whant to waste money on repurchasing them any help

    when you deleted your profile. It seems like you clicked on delete Profile and Items. Meaning you can't get any of your lost data back, other than maybe purchases, and online things like Call of Duty and GTA Online.
