    Xbox Video - Missing Episodes


    Episodes 7 and 8 of Season 6, of RuPaul's Drag Race, and Season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked, aired last Monday, 4/7/2014. Neither of the 4 episodes have appeared in my queue, on my 360, a week later. Have done the usual steps. Still nothing. Also,
    I have yet to get a resolution to the below issue, regarding another season.

    Season pass Chicago PD season 2 missing episodes

    It goes from episode 7 to 19 all in between are missing except on the website where all 23 episodes are there. only on devices app are missing, xbox one, 360, xbox video app on surface.

    I don't have Netflix just the season pass on xbox video, episode 7 is still missing.

    Welcome to the forums

    Normally it asks people over to the Xbox Music forums in

    However, sometimes you can catch the Video team here where they help others. Anyway, I have sent a PM with a link to this thread to someone who is apart of the Video team, hopefully I can chase him down on the Community forums as well as the Xbox Forums.

    I have also Noticed that episodes 7&8 are missing from season 6 of ru Paul drag race . Episode 9 just appeared the day after airing an I am wondering why the other two are missing the surprise of who got kicked off was ruined . Fail

    Between this issue and my last one (link above) left hanging, plus the others who have inquired for these episodes in particular, why am I feeling this is being ignored? I'm a gold member. I paid for the episodes. What is going on?

    I am going to suggest an easier and quicker solution to Microsoft over on forums.microsift.com asking for an email address for the Xbox Music Market Place team. As I think it will be quicker and better for the Community. Anyway.

    We're completely aware of the problem with these two seasons and are actively trying to get them fixed.

    Real Housewives of New Jersey, Season 5 episodes 2 and 5 not showing up?

    I've watched episode 5 on the xbox Saturday, thank you for posting that.

    But today, I've refreshed to see if episode 6 is up, and now episodes 4 and 5 are now missing from the xbox (but episode 2 shows up again).

    5 episodes show up on my windows 8 pc and I can push the episodes to play on the xbox. (perhaps episode 6 isn't published yet)

    I find this disappointing with these issues for the recent season. Season 4 was prompt when updating shows, but season 5 has been hit or miss.

    The same episodes missing on Xbox video appear on Amazon Video right away the next day. I am disappointed in the Xbox video service and I am tempted to cancel the rest of the season and steer clear from using this service again. I will take my money elsewhere
    if the service does not improve to meet or exceed the quality of Amazon Videos.
