Xbox Video missing episodes: Community, Rick and Morty

Community Season 5, Episode 11 is missing. Episode 12 posted.

In fact, Community Season 1 Episode 1 should be the pilot episode, and all other episodes should be renumbered, but I don't expect that fixed at this point...

Rick and Morty Season 1, Episodes 10 and 11 are both missing. Episode 11 just aired, but 10 aired over a week ago.

I'm becoming very concerned, as I purchased season passes for both of these shows, and expect to receive all episodes in a timely manner. This doesn't appear to be an issue with competitors, and if it continues to be an issue I'll have to switch services
to make sure I get what I paid for. I'd like to be a loyal Xbox Video customer, but the fact that I have to chat online with representatives multiple times in a week and now post this undermines my trust in the service.

Movies and tv app problems

I bought the season 3 pass for rick and morty and new the new episodes aren't uploading. Does anyone have a reason for this?

 

I'm also in a similar situation and I can't find any word on why it's (Rick and Morty s01e10 and 11) missing or when we can expect it.

I'm looking into the issue of the missing episodes now.

 

Ok, I'm seeing Community Season 5 Episode 11 and Rick and Morty Episode 11 available now. Episode 10 of Rick and Morty is in progress and should be available later tonight or tomorrow morning.

 

I've been having this exact same problem too. Rick and Morty Episode 10 is still not up on Xbox Video. It's very disappointing.
