Xbox video locks up system

Discus and support Xbox video locks up system in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Does anyone know why everytime I try to go into xbox video my xbox freezes up?     Xbox video locks up system


    Does anyone know why everytime I try to go into xbox video my xbox freezes up? Its been doing this for a week now and its the ONLY app that does this. I've tried deleting the app files in the system and reinstalling them and it hasnt helped. Any suggestions?

    Is #PS4Masterrace a thing.

    Not even that. The video was literally going frame by frame when the Xbox was booting up (this was very evident from the camera movement). The creator of the video is just trolling.

    And considering we have 4 views on the video, and this is the OPs first post, me thinks there is a connection.

    So yeah, mods need to lock this.

    I contacted the Xbox 360 app chat support about another app problem Dailymotion they told me they are having within 24 hours system maintenance. I hoped it fixed the problem soon....

    Still having this proble. Contacted xbox chat supprt and they were no help at all. Still unable to watch any movies in xbox video

    Forza 6 NASCAR expansion unplayable, corrupting local save

    Hey DarthRaitu, thanks for the response. I did this, and unfortunately it compounded the situation. I uninstalled the expansion and reinstalled it. Exact same result. Locks up on trying to load the NASCAR intro video and locks up the whole system. I did
    an "Uninstall All" for Forza 6 and reinstalled everything. This time I confirmed that I could run a normal race first. Ran another game, worked as well. Ran the NASCAR expansion and it got about 15 seconds into the video and crashed again. This time, however,
    my entire dashboard is experiencing the lag and locking problems and five hard resets have done NOTHING to fix the problem. All games are now unplayable and trying to sync with the cloud to recover my saves locks the whole system up. Tried moving Forza from
    my internal to a USB 3.0 external locked at 75%. Trying to do a full system reset keeping my games/settings now.

    Same things happen to me. I lock up in the cutscenes, or the how-to videos, then I'm booted from xbox live.
