Xbox Video freezes while offline...

I recently purchased Indiana Jones & the Raiders of the Lost Ark on XBox Video, and so I decided to try watching it offline. About 30 seconds to 1 minute later, the movie would freeze as would the Xbox itself. Been spending a good amount of the morning figuring
out what's going on, but with no success. This has also been going on with Resident Evil: Retribution, and I'm wondering what other movies & TV shows I have that will end up doing the same offline.

Forgive me for double-posting, but I should also note that for some reason, I hadn't had this happen online. I'd play the movies for about a minute and a half each, and no freezes there. It just happens while offline. I should also note that I deleted Indiana
Jones & the Raiders of the Lost Ark a second time, and redownloaded it. Did that after i refreshed purchase history. And still, it freezes offline.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Thanks for posting up the detailed information, it's much appreciated.

What I would first suggest is to
clear your Xbox 360 console's cache three times and then try watching those movies offline once again.

Hey Miss Diggz, I did as you said about clearing the cache 3 times and then watching the two movies online. And I'm sorry about the first post, I meant to type that I purchased them (well, Retribution I purchased a year ago, but it froze there too when I
played it again recently). A price I pay for typing while I'm tired early in the morning.

That being said, doing what you suggested worked. I played both movies for about 4-5 minutes each (that's 7%-8% of them being watched each I noticed), and it didn't freeze at all. Thanks very much for your help, and it means I'll also have to download title
updates again for some of the games I'm playing, but no big deal.

Sorry for double-posting again, but I meant to say I watched them offline, and they work fine now as far as I know. My apologies there -- it's what I get for my hands working faster than my brain when I type lol.

Will do, Miss Diggz. I do have one update though, but it's a good one. After I got all the relevant title updates I have for my games (and tested most of them offline afterwards), I tried playing the movies offline again for the sake of trying, and again,
no troubles so far.
