    So my Xbox got fixed and they logged into my account to fix my hdmi port in my Xbox but my account thinks it wasn’t me and i didn’t do anything but it’s because i don’t have my old number which i forgot to change but I know it can’t type here but I know it plus the password and my email I even have the gift card I used to buy skyrim and fallout and i have the same xbox that account been on since I got the xbox i have now.

    How can I transfer my digital purchased games to a different account?

    The only way to do this is to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If you account was truly hacked then they would have you create a new MS account without a Xbox profile on it and then ask you questions about your hacked account to verify ownership of it then they would send that information up to their escalations team
    who will verify that information and if your account was hacked would then transfer ALL of your information over to that new MS account that you created.

    If you suspect someone of hacking but aren't sure what do you do?

    Microsoft will look into it and verify if they where hacking. If they where they will take the necessary actions. If this person did not hack they wil just ignore it. Hope this helps!

    Trying to change email address on my Xbox Live account

    Is the email address verified? If it is verified, sign in to account.live.com and click add or change alias. There you can add a new email, make it the primary alias and removed the hacked email address. If it is not verified, but you know the password,
    sign in to verifyme.microsoft.com and when it says your email hasn't been verified it will give you an option to change the email address you sign in with.
