Hi I won a prize from the xbox vault sweepstake filled out the claim form but haven't heard anything back yet

There's no way to check the tracking information. I believe you'll get a different email with all those details.

Per the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes, prizes should be sent within 90 days of the winner selection, so it should still just have more time. I think the email they tried to give is to is comp @ xboxvault.com (remove the spaces).

Every country has their own set of laws regarding sweepstakes, including Canada prevents people from winning prizes from sweepstakes, which is why they make you do a math problem to claim a prize.
