    I logged into my xbox live account via my email, it seems my username has changed and everything has been lost. I updated back to my original username which for some reason is available but still a blank slate. I've been online with xbox for over 15 years...HELP!!!

    report that directly on the the profile of the user, if you report the profile the Xbox enforcement team can check the info and ban the user.
