Xbox use offline

    Will xbox one allow play offline if network access is down? I can't get it to play mode.

    I'd be happy to provide some input.

    You can play your games offline on your Windows 10 device, but you do need to be online first to designate your device as offline.

    You can find the steps to prepare your device to be your offline device, and some facts to know about playing offline from this article

    Yes. Go into 'Settings'. There should be something in there for an "Offline Mode".

    Hi Babyjsmomma,

    The console can be used offline by going to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Go offline
    for more info check out this article for
    going offline.

    If there are any digitally downloaded games, make sure that the account with desired games is set to home console. This can be done by going to
    Settings>Personalization>My Home Xbox and then choosing
    "Make this my home Xbox"     Here's an article with more information:
