    Xbox Updates


    I have had to install a 3.7gb update yesterday and again today. I have Instant On set up so that downloads should happen automatically and as far as I'm aware I'm not part of the preview program (it asks me to register when I go in to the app, so I assume
    this means I'm not a member of it).

    Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
