    Xbox update


    My xbox hasn’t worked for almost 2 weeks due to a xbox update error. There is a update on my xbox but everytime i want to update it aleays says that there’s a problem with the update and I need that update to play games and other stuff. I’ve tried everything
    from factory reset to unplugging my wifi. At this point i don’t know what to do. If someone could help It would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
