    Xbox update


    hey for the higher ups. I was playing a game and about to finish it when my game froze and told me I needed to update the console is there anyway for that to not happen while in a game that requires multiplayer participation or an option to not do the update
    till after. only options it gave was to start the update, skip and stay offline or just restart the console would be helpful if there was a way to stay online and not do the update.

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
