    Xbox update


    Im a member of the insider program on my xbox one and i got the new update on the 4th. It started the update and then all of a sudden when i left to get some water the xbox shut off. Now it wont turn on at all. No power at all. The power supply has plenty
    of power as ive tried 3 of them.. but it worked perfectly fine on offline mode but as soon as i started the update it like blew up the xbox.. there was no smoke or smell of burning just quit. And idk why..

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
