    Xbox Update


    So yesterday (May 4) when I got on it said I needed an update. I, who thought it was completely normal and that nothing would happen, started the update.I left it updating for an hour or so and when I come back I see that it is stuck at 17% verifying.
    I soft reset my xbox and run the update again overnight. When I woke up this morning it was at 26% verifying. I tried doing the offline update to see if that would work, nothing, it got stuck again. I did a full factory reset and tried doing the update and
    it still gets stuck. I did some research and it seems there is this thing for Xbox insider hub that had an update on May 4th and i think the update my xbox is trying to download might be the same one. I need help please. I would appreciate anything anyone
    might know. Please and Thank you

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
