    Xbox update


    My internet is terrible where i live and i just run my phone as a mobile hotspot to update/play games. Everytime i get an update over 15gb its takes quite a while to update so if one of my friends logs onto my account and updates the game on his xbox if
    i sign back into my account on my xbox will that work?

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
