    Xbox update!!!


    Ok so I'm in this alpha program to get updates and normally there fine,but since this new updates I've been experiencing many issues.

    Examples: Microsoft store takes forever to open or doesn't open at all...

    When in a game pressing home key and going back to game,lags so much .....

    Newest update has made my xbox have so much lag it refuses to load,nothing but a black screen.......

    Today there is a hotfix I'm praying resolves this issue and doesn't create more

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
