    Xbox Update


    Because of this new update fiasco, my xbox became stuck in an endless loop of updating. I tried all the troubleshooting steps. Eventually I had to factory reset my Xbox. My brother recently passed away, and I had a lot of screenshots saved on my Xbox of
    me and him playing. Is there anyway to get that back? It wasn't uploaded.

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
