    Xbox update


    I Recently bought an Xbox one original and when i entered my language and where i am from it asked me to update i clicked on update and it was very slow so i left it updating when i got back i saw an error saying Xbox could not update saw i tried again
    but stil same error is it because my internet is slow or is my xbox dameged

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
