Xbox Update

my xbox doesnt load updates for games, therefore to play a game with an update i would have to delete the game then reinstall the game just for the game to update. When i go into the update section of the games and apps place, it is stuck on a constant loading
screen.

i dont know how to fix it and its not my internet connection because i can still play games and connect online with it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. What do your network statistics look like? You can check your network stats from your network settings. Select Detailed Network Statistics.

Aside from that, I would recommend a
power cycle on the xbox one before trying your next update.
