Was playing a competitive match in Overwatch. Your console decided to update during the match and kicked me from the game. This ruined 6 players' skill ratings. I'd like to be refunded the cost of the game plus $49.99 for in-game purchases because your console
has made competitive play impossible.

If you leave your console on instant on mode, the console will update when you're not using it and you won't notice them. As far as a refund, you would have to contact support, but there is no guarantee they will give you one. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in

Federal Trade Commission...look it up online. They are a department of the government that investigates wrong-doing by corporations and businesses. You can file a complaint online. If enough people go this route then an investigation will commence. Please
fill out everything you can with the complaint and give as many details as possible. Microsoft MUST be held responsible for this crime to their customers. Please file a complaint because this is the only way legitimate action can be taken.
