Xbox update preview levels of access

If you are enrolled to the Preview Program you need to access to the private Xbox Early Access Forum to ask for support. Or stop participating and wait for the next Preview update to be released and get the current regular update installed.

Thanks again for the update on your current setup. Are you currently part of the Xbox One Preview Update? If you're currently receiving preview updates let's have you head over to the
Xbox One Update Preview Forums, where they can best help out with issues such as this. Be sure to access those forums from the account that originally accepted the Preview Access.

Keep us in the loop with what's up.

Indeed, the above response is correct. For access to the actual preview forum, normally you should be able to be directed using this link:

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq

and select "Xbox Early Access forum ". That wil allow access if you are a verified preview member. If it does not, a moderator on the forums should be able to assist you on this. The support are only able to see whether you are a verified preview member

Xbox One Update Preview forums for. I've actually gone and made sure everyone in this thread who is currently in the preview has access to that forum. If you're not able to access
it please create a new thread and let me know.
