    Im trying to update my software on my xbox one fat, but when he starts the update he keeps on 0%, he just don't move, stays at 0%...

    Thanks taidara .. but i dont think there is any problem with the connection any way i live lebanon and i have a tp-link router and i'm normally connected bit i cant understand why does the update stops at the end and give me the error code ... some people
    recommended to update using a cd or a usb flash device ... i tried but when restarting the console no update starts .. please help

    You might want to try deleting the update file and trying again. Here are the instructions for that:

    - Go to Settings, and then select Storage

    - Highlight Hard Drive or Internal Memory

    - On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    - Power cycle Console

    - Then take update.

    If that doesn't work, you can try updating via a USB flash drive. Those instructions are found here:
