    We cant update the xbox. It says we need to update. Then starts but when it gets to 3% it fails and we get same errror message. Weve tried connection via hard line and wifi. Both connected correctly (we verfied with other electronics )

    how can we update succesufl?

    Everyone i know updated idk why we cant im contemplating factory reseting my xbox at this point ..... actually i think its working now it restarted and continued tge update

    We haven't done an update, that's the problem! As the Xbox is not connected to the Internet how can it start doing an update?
