    Xbox unresponsive


    Hi, my Xbox has been unresponsive. I cannot get into any games, cannot login in, cannot get into settings either.

    I keep getting the error 0x8027025a no matter what I try.

    I’ve tried every type of reset but nothing seems to work.

    Can anyone help?

    Xbox One controller Randomly dissects and reconnects during gameplay.

    I have same issue, now experiencing mid session unresponsiveness with all buttons but home/logo button totally unresponsive. No disconnect message, just unresponsive. Any others?

    Hi!

    I suggest you to check your network settings and be sure Xbox Live Service is reachable. If a full reset of the console did not solve the problem, maybe the cause is a network service error or a hardware fault.
