    Hi MjHealy,

    Your getting this sort of error code because your XBOX 360 is having trouble connecting to the LIVE servers to download the update. Unfortunately, you won't be able to manually update it from the usual place because it's not available to the public. This means
    that you'd need to reach out to either phone/chat support to see if there is any other way you can alternatively download this update onto your console. Please do that by clicking this link
    here and reading the instructions.

    If you haven't already tried this, it helps to directly connect your XBOX 360 to your Cable/DSL modem with an Ethernet Cable (please make sure to bypass any sort of router that is connected). This will lead for the best possible connection, and best chance
    of completing the download successfully.
