Xbox un able to remember wifi pass words

Always remember.. the XB1 has WIFI.. and some people leave their service open...and un-protected

Please follow the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Turn off the device that you're using for 2 minutes.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

customer support is the only way other than remembering the pass word that you have much chance of being able to use the account again. i know it sucks to hear but it done for account safety.

Go on to your router settings from your computer or phone and you can separate the 2.5 and 5ghz . I would if you have a choice un sync the 2.5 and the 5ghz to Re name the 5ghz one so you can find it when you search for wifi should sort that

You can search for what I p address you need to put in for your router. And the pass word and user name . It's easy to do 👍 .
