    Xbox Ultimate subscription wrongly charged


    My account has been wrongly charged twice now for Xbox ultimate subscription though I do not have any subscription for Xbox ultimate whatsoever.

    At this moment, I have checked all my xbox accounts and I don't see any order/subscriptions except for EA annual game pass. I have tried reaching out to Microsoft chat customer care and tried calling the customer care but both the options have no response
    or error connecting to them.

    I was fine with the first charge and then deleted my card details as well from the accounts assuming this has been a mistake from Microsoft but since now I have been charged again I am not sure what other options do I have. I am frustrated with Microsoft
    at this point and no longer plan to use your services after pathetic after sales services.

    No ot charges immediately for the upgrade for.3years of.xgu

    And.dont cancel.as you would forfeit the 3years As some people have learned and when you initially upgraded you were warned canceling would .forfeit .upgraded time

    The $1 charge is only for the first month. Once it's time for you to renew, you'll be charged the regular price. If you already have gold (and game pass) it will converted to the ultimate subscription. The Ultimate Game Pass includes gold, Xbox Game Pass,
    and PC Game Pass. The upside is that you only have 1 subscription for all 3.

    The gold was converted to Game Pass Ultimate so it won't charge separately for Gold. It's been converted to the Ultimate subscription.

    If a have Xbox core and I switch to ultimate game pass then will I get charged if I switch or will my Xbox core will pay off it

    You'll be charged immediately for the Ultimate. Then you won't be charged again until whenever your subscription is set to renew.
