Xbox ultimate subscription error

I am having issues connecting to Xbox Live and buying subscription also - not sure what's going on?

Log into account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions. Check to be sure you don't have an outstanding balance listed in red. That is something that would stop you from being able to redeem it.

There is only one entry in the list of subscriptions not marked as canceled: xbox game pass ultimate with the latest cancellation on 08/17/2019.
Any options, such as canceling or changing the payment method, result in an error.
For example: "An error occurred while disabling periodic billing

An error occurred while disabling periodic billing for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. "

No red subscriptions. In fact, any button on the page results in an error.

Xbox game pass ultimate is the subscription and all the games say I cannot connect to servers there’s no specific error code I can find

To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?

To use xbox party a gold subscription or gp ultimate must be set on the account or in this case your account must be set as home on the console. Please take a good look at the

Additionally, when trying to invite each other to a xbox live party, do you see any error message in particular that could indicate what kind of error you're facing?
