It will add all together- Game pass + live + ultimate. You will get all ultimate. One more thing. Put your auto-renew on off. In that case, you will get an additional month of ultimate. In that way, if I calculate right you will get Game pass ultimate
until October 2021.

I agree with Wadski in that if you currently just have a Xbox Gold subscription, you are better off adding additional months to you Gold Subscription or Game Pass first before you convert to Ultimate. If it is your first time converting to Ultimate, the
total months of Xbox Gold plus the total months of Game Pass will be added as your new Ultimate subscription. 12 months of Gold + 3 months of Game Pass will convert to 15 months of Ultimate. If you purchase 3 months of additional Gold membership then you will
get 18 months of Ultimate. Therefore only purchase Ultimate after you convert your subscription.

If you currently have a Gold membership until March 2021 and you then add 3mo. Ultimate, it will convert your entire membership to Ultimate for the duration of June 2021.

I think its worth converting your Gold to Ultimate BEFORE adding three months of Ultimate to it.

Also, if you have previously used the conversation to Ultimate offer then you want be allowed to use it again.

The option to convert gold/game pass to Ultimate is not tied to an offer. It's just how it works. That has not ended and won't end if you bave already done it in the past.
