    Xbox Ultimate Pass Error


    Yesterday i bought the Xbox Ultimate pass for my pc and then canceled it so i wouldn´t get charged after the 3 months were done. Everything looked fine so i downloaded forza horizon 4, and when it was done downloading i pressed play but then it said ¨Buy
    the app again. When you received a refund for Forza Horizon 4, it was removed from your device¨ After that i looked at my bank account and i still got charged with no refund or giving me the ultimate pass. What do i do?

    To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Because the error speak about "conversion", maybe you are trying to redeem an Xbox Live code of a different region and conversion to Game Pass Ultimate don't work in this way. As additional information the codes
    are always region assigned.
