Olá, isso é quando você compra em alguma loja física, ai para não correr algum tipo de furto ou ativação do código dentro dessas lojas, é feito a ativação do código no caixa da loja, no seu caso não foi feito a ativação.

Você deverá voltar a loja onde fez a compra com a nota fiscal e pedir para que eles ativem o código, depois é só inserir os 25 dígitos que está tudo certo...

I have read a few other inquiries somewhat like this. Generally when it gives a prompt like that, it means that the gift card was not properly scanned at the register. This layer security keeps people from stealing gift cards, they must be activated at the
register. I in fact had to TracFone cell phones arrive from Amazon and would not activate for the same reason. I'm not saying you stole anything. Although let me ask you did you buy it from a trusted retailer? If so I would take it back. The reason I asked
if you bought it from a trusted retailer, is because a lot of people buy these from their friends or friend of a friend who is actually scamming them. Hope this helps.

If you buy a prepaid code at an vendor he has to activate the code. Normally that should happen in the moment you made the purchase. But it could take up to 24 hours until it work.
