    XBox Ultimate Game Pass- multiple Console question


    I have an Xbox X and a Xbox One. I want to be able to have both my boys to be able to play at the same time. Do I have to purchase 2 separate game passes for each console?

    Also, If I purchase an additional game pass, will the user game progress transfer to the new game pass account? Or will one of my boys have to start over in their games?

    I have a similar question...so let me see if I get this right:

    If I have a console w/Ultimate game pass, I can have multiple gamer tags /profiles on the same machine using the same game pass

    but

    If I have 2 consoles I cannot share Ultimate game pass between them because of licensing?

    Last question:

    Do I need to purchase Gold Live AND console game pass to play Forza 5 with my friends w/o having purchased the actual game? Does game pass include Gold Live?

    Unfortunately, an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription can only be shared on a single console, when you have multiple accounts on multiple consoles you'd need to purchase a separate subscription unfortunately.

    home console     on B. This will allow the child to play with you when you play on console A. This also answers the other questions. When you upgrade to Game pass Ultimate the gold gets converted to Ultimate time, which is included in game pass Ultimate. You
    will still have access to all games with gold as you will still have Xbox live gold. Here is a

    game pass ultimate faq     for more information on that. The Ultimate included, xbox live gold, game pass for console, and game pass for PC. You will be able to access all this from console A on your profile.

    Correct.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold. If you purchase that, you do not need another subscription to play Forza with your friends. If you were to only purchase standard Game Pass, you would need Gold to play online with friends (and it would be cheaper to buy Ultimate anyway).
