XBOX Ultimate Game Pass Games not updating, and don´t launch.

Hello! I'm a bit desperated here, so, I'm going straight to the point:

I have the Ultimate Game Pass, which allows me to download games like Age of Empires, Ori, Gears of War, and Dirt Rally 2.0.

After they install for the first time, all good, they work flawlesly. No errors, no nothing.

My problem is that any day I want to play, and the game is pending an update, it won`t launch, then I go to the Windows Store to update it, and in the middle of the update it simply stops and throws an error. I'm tired of this because it´s been happening with
more games everytime there´s an update.

This is not an experience like Steam, where it simply works, nope, I have to google everytime and try to find a solution and do this, do that, reset this, reset that, put this command blablablabla. I'm desperated. Doens´t matter if I use Windows Store or the
XBOX Beta app.

Hi, the ultimate membership it's not forever, you can cancell if you want before the renewal and if you want to buy again xbox live gold or game pass you can do it, don´t worry about the ultimate, the ultimate it's another subscription

I still get the error, as I said, it doesn´t matter if I use XBOX or Windows Store.

I allowed the XBOX app to load with windows (by default it does)

I made sure I have windows up to date

I restarted my PC

Please, I don´t want to re-download it again, it`s around 100 GB and I´ve done twice already, and I'm not in the States with fancy Google Fiber Internet, so it takes hours and hours to download with my 50Mb/s connection.

Sorry to hear it. Please try using the Beta App to update the games if the Store app is not working. If you are unable to download the Beta App then make sure your PC is up to date with no pending updates

You are pretty darn stupid, i don t use an emulator....

Ultimate game pass is a monthly fee that i paid legally allow to play xbox games on pc and android by the cloud. It is not the gamepass for xbox. Why would i hide i don t own an xbox at all ? It is not a crime man...

On android i have the xbox on the go with a define catalogue that i pay legally for such a service to Microsoft so just stay out of my way with your exagerated post.

I think we don t understand each other. I don t own any xbox and don t want to buy any games. I don t need any of these since the ultimate gamepass provide a catalogue on the cloud. Ultimate gamepass is different from gamepass.

Since april it is possible to play gears of war 2 on android with xbox ultimate gamepass courtesy of microsoft. I was playing it And saving online successfully until june as any other games. Now each time i launch gears 2 i can t progress.

I tried gears 3, same issue.

All of this seems to happen because each time my profile connect to a new virtual console and can t synchronize but it is a virtual console. I didn t ask to connect to a different virtual console, it happened. On the first virtual console maybe something happened which prevent me to enjoy the service but i can t access it.

Opening a ticket will be a good option providing i can join the call center. Yesterday i was unsuccessful and i hope it will be possible today.
