Xbox Ultimate Game Pass bought via Smyths

I bought an Ultimate Game Pass for two years for my son via Smyths as part of the deal with his Series S. He doesn’t have it on his console, what do I need to do?

- Select Settings > All settings > Account.

- In Account, select Included with this Xbox.

If you can't find it there then you'll need to reach out to Smyths for assistance.

If you bought Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and already own Xbox Live and Game Pass then both subscriptions will be transfered into ultimate and add more time to it

I bought xbox game pass ultimate. It's price is 6 TL. Xbox take my money but didnt give to me game pass ultimate.

It depends on what you bought. There's Game Pass for Console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

If you only bought Game Pass for console, then it won't work on a PC.

Game Pass Ultimate includes both version of Game Pass plus a Gold subscription. So if you bought Game Pass Ultimate, you should have access in both places.

You indeed bought a year of Xbox Live Gold subscription, the reason why it was converted to Xbox game pass ultimate is because you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate when you redeem the code.

Sorry but there is no annual Xbox game pass ultimate yet.
