Xbox turns on however nothing works

It turns on but nothing loads wont let me sign in cant even turn it off as its sometimes unresponsive. Was working fine yesterday. Already tried turning it off, restarting it, cycling it nothing works and it has no network issues

If you can get to the settings then you can try to factory reset.

Didnt work sadly. I dont think the HDMI is the issue as its the xbox that doesnt load apps or sign me in

then I would suggest trying the steps outlined here Troubleshoot system updates on Xbox One for when your console is stuck on
a green screen.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

Start the xbox while turning on the tv?

Maybe you can look in the HDMI Settings.

There you can set the HDMI to autostart the xbox.

Sorry, I tried all of that and nothing worked.

However, there is some good news. I turned my Xbox on yesterday and the audio was working again.

I turned it on today and the audio didn't work. But then I turned the Xbox on and off and it worked again - so I'm not quite sure what the problem is. The audio seems to work intermittently. I will just hope for the best at this point. Thank you for
