    hi i was on my xbox series x 1 hour ago and it turned off i thought nothing of it and went to turn it back on but it never turned back on i have had it since christmas morning and it hasn’t dropped or anything like that. any help?

    Well...

    It might be a console problem...

    if you have done full powercycling the console and tried a different outlet...

    If PSU light is solid green and orange then PSU is fine...

    The best course of action is to send it in for repair...
