    Xbox turn on troubles


    I can turn my Xbox one on using a controller but I can’t turn it on with the senor. Also once the Xbox is on it will shut off within 5 minutes on its own. It’ll pop up a msg later saying the ventilation is poor but the Xbox isn’t hot nor running more than
    5 minutes. The power surge work perfectly fine as it doesn’t flash just as solid orange off and a solidly white on. I removed piece of my Xbox and got rid of all then dust and I still have th have me problems, any help?

    I also have trouble with "Xbox On". "Xbox, turn off" always works for my missus

    i had trouble getting my friend on zombies then he turned off his xbox then he could get on then he had trouble getting online did it again and both worked try turning off your xbox?

    i have had a similar problem, the best solution i would offer is to contact support to see if your warranty in still valid and ask them to send you a new power supply brick as this was the issue for my xbox one.

    That is a Hardware issue with your power brick or your console. You should contact support to see if you have warranty and send it out to them to look at it.

    Sorry to hear that, do you know if in your house the internet is fine?

    May I know if you already tried sign out from your account on the Xbox app and sign in to see if you're able to turn on your console via remote play?

    Another option to see if maybe there is a connection issue with the console, try using another device to see how it goes
