    Xbox Tunure issue


    Basically I’m someone who actually cares about their xbox account Tunure, and every year I make note of when I notice it change. Unfortunately this year my account number seems to be very buggy. As it should be 12 and every so often it updates then reverts. I should mention that I recently upgraded to xbox game pass ultimate but there have been no breaks in my membership. Below are two photos I’ve taken days apart. Yesterday it was 12, today it’s 11. This is incredibly frustrating as someone who loves the bragging from the number. Any solutions please let me know otherwise I’ll just wait it out

    When it comes to tenure, all you can do is wait it out. There's no way to force it to be correct.

    I agree with you that this a major issue that needs a major update or this feature just needs to be renovated from scratch to make it work again as it should. I will create a topic in the Xbox Feedback for this.
