    I've brought 3 months Xbox live gold and redeemed it, sadly it's not letting me play online, or join party's. I've not been messaged for reported behaviour although. It says I've got the gold in my subscriptions

    I purchased an Xbox Live gold and it shows purchased and redeemed but not working on Xbox live could this be the reason why as Xbox live sounds like its giving trouble

    I have redeemed my 3 month code , Xbox froze and won’t let me online just asks me to sign up for gold , retry the 3 month subscription code and it say code already redeemed ? Not happy I have already paid and still not working ,

    I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
