我在极限竞速地平线4内购买内购项目，由于支付宝账户里余额不够，支付失败，随后发现游戏弹出并显示请重新购买。

也就是游戏本体被取消了，订单状态显示已拒绝，已经三天了还没有变化，请问要作何处理？我也没有收到退款，现在

已经重新购买了一份，可之前的订单还是显示已拒绝，也没有退款，请问一下要怎么做或者微软会如何处理？
