最近在使用手柄时发生了一些问题。我在使用手柄进行游戏时会引起游戏卡顿，一般发生在游戏中8分钟左右，游戏帧数突然下降到20FPS.我测试了多种游戏在不同游戏平台上都会有这个问题。手柄固件是最新版，我连线使用和用接收器使用都会有卡顿发生。希望有人能帮我解决，谢谢。

[Translation-Some problems have occurred recently when using the handle. When I use a gamepad to play a game, it will cause a game freeze. It usually occurs about 8 minutes in the game, and the number of game frames suddenly drops to 20FPS. I tested
a variety of games on different game platforms. The firmware of the controller is the latest version. If I use it online or use the receiver, there will be a freeze. Hope someone can help me out, thanks.]

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with controller. Does this happen with other controllers? You can go to the accessories app and try and configure the settings. This may help in the issue.
