Can you please give more information on your issue? In the meantime try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue logging in to Xbox. Here are a few steps for a troubleshoot that have worked for many people.

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

I've seen a set of steps using the Powershell command prompt that re-installs Windows Apps that has been known to solve this problem. First I recommend a reset of the App and then you can try the re-install.

Here is how to reset the app:

Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
   
2. Select Apps.
   
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
   
4. Click the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
   
5. Click Reset.
   
6. Restart your computer.
   

Then,
if that does not help then you should try to re-install the Windows apps. Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.

a: Press Windows key + X.

b: Then click Command Prompt(Admin)

c: Now type the following command and hit enter

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

After a restart, enter the following command (again in a powershell in admin):

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

This will install any missing built-in apps you may have uninstalled.

O.K. now we know you still on Windows 8.1 and just guess, because there a few changes since 8.1: Maybe your Windows 8.1 needs an update and I prefer an UPGRADE. Please read about this here: MS
