먼 xbox앱을 통한 로그인을 시도했으나 오류가 발생했으니 다시 시도하라는 문구만 나올 뿐 반복해도 변화는 없었습니다.(모바일이라 그런지 모르 으나 에러코드가 따로 뜨지 않았습니다.) 다음으로 크롬 등의 앱 브라우 로 사이트로 직 xbox로그인을 시도해보았습니다. 첫 시도에서 로그인 버튼이 활성화 되어 로그인을 하는 사이트로 이동되어 아이디와 비밀번호를 입 하 로그인 버튼을 눌 으나 다시 메인 홈페이지로 돌아오 그 이후로 로그인 버튼이 활성화가
안되 일반 인 글자마냥 로그인이라는 글자가 탭이 뿐 눌리지 않는 상황입니다. 이와 동일한 문 가 발생되었다는 질문을 확인했으나 그 질문은 pc windows 10버 에서 발생하는 문 였기에 모바일에서도 이런 문 가 발생하 있다는 에 대해 말씀드리 싶 해결방법이 있을까 질문드립니다.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with signing into the Xbox app on mobile. I recommend to try the following:

To ensure the Microsoft Account is well, try logging into
Xbox.com
Check to see if your mobile phone has the latest operating system update
Re-install the app on the mobile

If the issue persists, I recommend reporting the issue on the Microsoft Store. Try this link: Report this app to
Microsoft.

Are you using an android device or an iOS device?

Also, how were you able to obtain Minecraft? Is it through playstore/appstore?

account.microsoft.com to ensure that your log in information is correct. If you need to update any information like

password or security information,
click here.

If you are successful in doing so, then it may be an issue relating to your network connection, in which case, I would recommend using our

Network Connection solution to troubleshoot further.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Looks like you are unable to sign into Xbox.com. Have you tried using a different device to sign in? Also, would you mind typing out the error message you are getting? I am unable to translate the picture unfortunately.

Aside from that, I would try
updating your Password and your
Security Information.
