Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. You have the option to take your Xbox console back (return) to the place of purchase or you can set up a callback from Customer support so that they can give you your warranty repair / exchange options.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be set everything up for you.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
