Xbox took Money out of my account and refused to refund me

X box took £70 out of my account on the same day.Seven transactions of £10 we're processed from my account.I emailed their Customer Service who blatantly told me I cannot get a refund as the game passes were used already.Who uses £70 worth of game passes?Then
another £31 was also taken.My son does not have my password.I am the only one who does.

I have tried to email to get my refund as this is not right.Microsoft can see all these transactions and they should agree that this is not normal but all I was told was my case is closed.In my opinion my case is still open as I have not been assisted at
all.

You can report the transactions to your bank or credit card as suspected fraud.

what were the transactions for, just game pass? Go into your subscriptions and see if your game pass was extended. Did you bother to ask your son if he knows anything about the transactions?

Thanks for the reply.The Transactions appear as Microsoft Credit. I will definitely talk to my bank.There are no repeat subscriptions on my account that I know of.I am in control of My Microsoft account so if my son attempts to buy something,he has to get
permission from me first.How come these transactions went through without asking for my permission?Why would I accept £10 of credit seven times on the same day???? Microsoft needs to explain what happened there.I questioned my son ,I even took his xbox away
and he loves his xbox so he would have told me if he did but he doesnt have the password .He did not buy any game passes without my knowledge because he has to get permission from me first.

I got the refund and they took the money out right after, i was originally double charged on a game requested a refund they put the money back in my account and then took the money back from me

I attempted to purchase minecraft realms on my switch in December. Microsoft took my coins and said "It was unable to create the realm at this time" After coming back to it I saw the error was gone however my realm was not created and nor was my
money refunded to me. Trying to contact support was fruitless as they refused to reply. Where can I contact to have my money refunded to me?

I haven't gotten my refund either, even though Xbox definitely took the money out of my account when I pre-ordered the game. It's been almost two weeks now and I still don't have my money back
