Xbox took $50 for nothing

They took a $50 gift card and gave nothing and now I can't get them to help. Buyer beware on Microsoft stuff.

Please can you provide more information please and someone in the forums may have a solution to try and help you. Saying Microsoft took $50 dollars and issuing a buyer beware notice isn’t really fair without explaining what happened to leave you frustrated.

Select My Account
Select "See other options"
Select Error Messages and codes
Select "Show contact options"
Select Request a callback from support

select Family and online safety

select I want to protect my account

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a call or Chat online

then explain the issue when they call you back
