Xbox to Xbox app same save

If you buy a game on xbox and xbox app can you use the same save? The game is divsion 2 and can use Xbox cloud gaming but I only want the one game to play without the internet on my pc through the Xbox app.

That game does not support cross progression, so if you play it on console and PC, your saves will be different on both.

I had the same problem and the only solution (not perfect but works) is to disconnect my account Xbox (on my session of Windows) on Xbox(beta) app and connect an other account. The Xbox (beat) app recognise the Xbox profile (gamertag) for different save,
normally ans sync with the Cloud.

Like you, if i use 2 windows session, the Xbox (beta) app want to download again the same game.

Hi, I would recommend you to see if the path to save the app has not moved elsewhere. In case I would also tell you to try if the Xbox Beta app does the same thing

This person says i’m still on their friends list. I tried the xbox app and it still didn’t work. The app said the same thing as the console, cannot save changes. How do i fix it?

There is a reason and it comes down to formatting.

A PC save is not the same as an Xbox save. An Xbox 360 save is not the same as an Xbox One save.

Cross platform saves would only work if they were not saved locally.
