XBOX TO ONE X - No Kinect Adapter for free - TYPICAL penalise the gamers

I think it's absolutely shocking Microsoft are not supplying XBOX ONE to XBOX ONE X gamers a free kinect adaptor, its disgrace borderline criminal.

MICROSOFT FORCED EARLY ADAPTORS TO GET THE KINECT - its not the consumers fault the kinect failed so WHY are we being penalised.

Microsoft don't even have the decency to offer credit towards the Kinect adaptor. CHARGE AFTER CHARGE but microsoft will just ignore it as per usual.

Info page. Unfortunately, the adapter itself is no longer manufactured so you might have a hard time finding one.

i wanted to buy x box one console and x box i got x box one s console and with this i bought kinect sensor but to my shock i was not able to setup kinect sensor with x box one s because i was not having an adapter .....i paid so much money already for console
controller kinect now im asked to buy an adapter ....pls microsoft i want an adapter for free i bought whole x box one s from yanbu saudi arabia (jarir book store) pls help me get an adapter for free !!

I'm just speculating, but I would imagine with Microsoft ending Kinect production all together they chose not to include the adapter free like the One S when it launched. Furthermore, even if you bought a One S right now, you wouldn't be able to get an adapter,
as that was a promo for a short time. That said, you can go to http://feedback.xbox.com and submit your idea for improvements on the X. In fact there is already a thread here that
you may want to just up-vote.

 

I have to agree, I got my Xbox One X today. When I got my one MS forced a Kinect bundle on me cos I bought within 1 month of the release. I have now waited for the Xbox premium product only to find I am penalised for being loyal and spending more on the
better console. Worse I now find I cannot even buy the adaptor on the MS site. Come on Microsoft.

 

I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC here in Australia for exactly this. They advertise "play the games you love at no additional cost" and this is clearly a blatant lie.

I think it might be criminal since there was false advertising around this. They said all accessories would work with the X with no adapters. Really disappointed in the X because of this.

 

they dont care your wasting your time, ive had this chat with many Xbox employees and they dont give a flying fluke.

 

The solution is to buy a decent PC webcam and get everything except eh support for kinect game which lets face it were p00 to say the least.
