I'm sorry if you are referring to transferring games, and downloadable content to a different account. You can only share these contents through the home Xbox setting, as of the moment, there is no option to transfer it since each content has a license, and the license is attached to the account that purchased it.

So, I have a question, I have an account that I have but want to keep. That account has my Xbox live stuff on it. But I want to transfer that Xbox stuff to another Microsoft account. But I only want to transfer the Xbox stuff and nothing else. Is that possible.

Nothing is transferable between accounts.

Manage your Windows Live ID for resetting the password on the account.

You can only find the password from the person who sold it to you.

Contact xbox about it, they should help you.
