    so i just bought $80 worth of xbox live gold on xbox one s and it doesnt even work. I need help. I have the receipt for the purchase and payed for it but have non of the features. Im trying to play online on rocket league and other games but it will not
    let me

    Please help i spent a lot of money

    i see. i. didnt realise that i thought 1.3 was that latest. in that. ase ill need a new one as presume the xbox to tv will need 1.4 asw ell. thanks for your help in trouble shooting.

    Save Data Issue (Quantum Break)

    I'm having trouble playing Quantum Break today. It says it can't sync my save data (a pretty common issue), but Xbox Support isn't responding and it appears Xbox Live is working fine. Help?

    the account.

    G'day Chilidog! Deleting the update files is a good step to take, in case one of them is causing the issue. Once they're deleted, you should only have to re-download the latest update when you launch the game. Can you let us know the result once you're able
    to try the suggestions offered so far? =)

    XboxSupport said on Twitter "Does your PayPal contact info match your LIVE account info? (Name, address, etc)?"

    All info are the same, except the email: my Windows Live ID one is different of the Paypal one

    Is someone experiencing this problem when using the same mail on Windows Live ID and Paypal account ?
